The Polish people and Jews share a long and complex history spanning over 1,000 years. This shared history has fostered mutual cultural, social, and economic influence between the two nations. The people of Israel have a responsibility to preserve the heritage of Jews who lived in Poland and maintain close ties with the Polish people to ensure the transmission of this heritage to future generations. At the same time, it is essential to continue preserving the shared cultural traditions of Jews and Poles while building a future of cooperation between the two countries.
The Israel-Poland Friendship Association sees its role as the realization of this vision—fostering a future of mutual understanding and friendship between the two nations.
What We Do
Twin-City Partnerships
Initiating twin-city agreements between cities in Israel and Poland.

Institutional and Diplomatic Cooperation
Developing partnerships between institutions in both countries through cooperation with The Israeli Embassy in Poland, The Jewish Museum in Poland, Cultural institutions in both countries, The Polish Embassy in Israel, The Polish Institute in Tel Aviv.
